As a person-centered therapist I believe that the answers we seek are within ourselves but it takes courage and work to find them. I want to help people on their journey to find their answers and help them lead a more fulfilling life. 

I counsel children, adolescents, adults, and families. My integrative approach is based on the individual client and I use strategies and modalities according to client needs.  I am certified in play therapy and use play as one method when working with children to communicate, explore, and express their feelings. I approach my clients with empathy and authenticity and guide them based on their needs, goals, and comfort level. 

I have worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, and other life stressors. I assist clients in looking at the past and making connections to the present, acknowledging patterns of behavior, and looking more deeply into family roles and relationships.
