A little about me....
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and a variety of other struggles. I specialize in working with college students, staff, and alumni and find my work with them intellectually stimulating and meaningful.
As a former teacher, I understand the unique pressures of the academic world. My experience has enhanced my ability to foster deep, meaningful conversations and to appreciate the diverse backgrounds of every individual. This allows me to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore what's on your mind
When I'm not in a session, I recharge by spending time with my family, hiking in nature, or curling up with a good book. These moments remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and self-care.
